Current project:Drywall

I am currently working for a couple who are renovating their home before they put it up for sale. I am tearing out old drywall and installing new in the pantry, kitchen and bathrooms. I really enjoy the work and the customers are very pleased. Their realtor has seen my work so far and is excited to meet me since she has some other clients who need quality work done prior to selling their homes.

Things are really looking up and I am going to be very busy in the next couple of months.

My name is Tom Blais and I am a handy man here in Lakeland, Fl. I have always been the 'go to' guy when it came repairs for friends and family and I decided to build a business using the knowledge that I have gained from fixing a lot of everything for over 20 years.

I am licensed and insured and and can do anything that doesn't require a permit. I can replace a ceiling fan, but I cannot not run the wires for a new installation...you would need a licensed electrician for that sort of thing. I could replace a faucet or a toilet, but I can not put in new plumbing. I have done drywall, tile, pressure washing, I have moved furniture, I have replaced stucco, I have painted, cleaned out gutters...I guess what I am trying to get across is that I do a lot of different things...all you have to do is ask whether or not something is covered under my license and insurance.

My goal is quality from beginning to end, every job done right the first time.
